With my flexible schedule – the beauty of my work from home lifestyle – I have many opportunities to plan for healthy eating. I also have a large cookbook collection, so there is no end to the available ideas.
My husband works outside the home & is away for a good share of our meals each week. I tend to cook less when he is not home. I can usually be found sitting at my desk with a Hot Pocket (hey, I cooked it) or a PBJ on (gasp) white bread.
I wonder what others are eating at their desks? Or do they eat at their desks? I have seen enough “what I am having for lunch” tweets on Twitter to think that I am probably about average. I do think it is past time to clean up my act though. First step…LEAN Pockets
